Quebec reported zero COVID-19 related deaths during the past 24 hours amid decline in new case numbers in the province.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec, Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, on Sunday reported that 276 new cases of COVID-19 were identified in the past 24 hours.
The Ministry further added that no new death was reported during the period and only one person died of the virus between May 24 and May 29.
There are 362 people in hospitals, undergoing treatment for the virus and 89 of them are in Intensive Care Unit, representing a reduction of 2 people in hospitalizations and 1 in ICU.
Quebec has so far administered 5,583,075 doses of COVID-19 vaccines including 77,495 doses which were administered in the last 24 hours and 2,303 doses before May 30.
