Played at Wembley Stadium, the Blues defeated Arsenal 3-0, with Fleming playing the full 90 minutes to help her team clinch a domestic treble for the first time.
The FA Cup final was a game between the top two sides, with only a point separating the two teams.
The Blues were in the front only three minutes after the start of the game, with Fran Kirby scoring the first goal.
Australia’s Sam Kerr scored the second and third goals during the second half of the game as Chelsea cruised to a 3-0 victory over Arsenal.
The Chelsea team will next face Juventus at Kingsmeadow in the Women’s Champions League on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
